Using LinkFlows

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for content you create, schedule, or publish through LinkFlows.
  • Respect third-party platform terms (Facebook, Pinterest, WordPress) when connecting accounts.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before renewal.
  • Plans may auto-renew; you can cancel anytime in your account settings.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Content & intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of your content; you grant LinkFlows the rights needed to operate the service.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Template assets and UI elements remain the property of LinkFlows.

Availability & changes

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
  • Features may change; material updates will be communicated.
  • We may suspend access for abuse, security risks, or policy violations.

Security & privacy

  • We secure data with encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Review our Privacy Policy for data handling and your rights.
  • Notify us promptly of any suspected account compromise.

Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, LinkFlows is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months for the impacted service.
Effective date: Dec 17, 2025. We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes and provide prior versions on request.
