Terms of Service

By creating an account or using LinkFlows, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use LinkFlows.

One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account. We reserve the right to close duplicate free accounts.

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to Starter plan features. No credit card is required to start. After the trial, you must select a paid plan or your account will be limited to read-only access.

Paid Plans: Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Payment Method: You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.

Overdue Payments: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your account is downgraded to the free tier.

You agree not to use LinkFlows to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk content that violates platform policies.

Publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or infringing.

Attempt to access other users' accounts, data, or systems without authorization.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.

Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service beyond the provided API.

Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or feature restrictions.

Resell or redistribute the service without written permission.

Facebook / Meta: You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Community Standards, and Advertising Policies when using Facebook features. LinkFlows acts as an authorized tool — you remain solely responsible for the content you publish and the pages you manage.

Pinterest: You agree to comply with Pinterest's Developer Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and Pin Guidelines. You are responsible for the content you pin and the boards you manage.

WordPress: You are responsible for the content you publish to your WordPress sites through LinkFlows. We are not responsible for your site's compliance with applicable laws.

Email Marketing: You agree to comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and applicable anti-spam laws when using the email features. You must only send to subscribers who have opted in. You must include an unsubscribe link in every email.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we receive complaints or notices from platform providers regarding your use.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish through LinkFlows. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI features (descriptions, replies, articles) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI output before publishing. We make no guarantees about accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose.

Our Platform: The LinkFlows platform, code, design, and branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Feedback: If you provide feature suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve the product without obligation to you.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the data you collect through LinkFlows features (email subscribers, analytics). You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA) for your subscribers and site visitors.

We process data as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller for subscriber data and analytics collected through your sites.

Team owners are responsible for managing team members and their permissions.

Team members access shared data (pages, posts, subscribers) based on permissions assigned by the team owner.

The team owner's subscription covers all team members. Team members do not need individual paid plans.

When a team member is removed, their access is revoked immediately. If they had a personal subscription before joining, it is restored.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

We provide support via email (support@linkflows.com). Response times depend on your plan tier.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

LinkFlows is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for third-party service outages (Facebook API, Pinterest API, Stripe, email providers) that may affect your use of LinkFlows.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the platform, or fail to pay subscription fees after repeated attempts.

Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days in case of accidental deletion, then permanently purged. You may request immediate deletion by emailing privacy@linkflows.com.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
